Parmesan-Crusted Halibut with Asparagus

INGREDIENTS :

• 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• ¼ cup butter softened
• ¼ cup grated parmesan
• 2 tablespoons almond flour
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 4 (6-ounce) boneless halibut fillets

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F & line a baking sheet with foil paper.
  2. Put the asparagus with olive oil and spread it on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the butter, parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until it becomes smooth.
  4. Place the fillets on the baking sheet with the asparagus & spoon the parmesan mixture on the fish.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 min, then broil for a couple of minutes until it’s browned.
