INGREDIENTS :

• 5 cups chicken broth
• 4 chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 ½ tablespoons chili garlic paste
• 6 large eggs, whisked
• ½ green onion, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Smash the bouillon cubes and stir into the broth in a saucepan.
  2. Bring it to a boil, then mix in the chili garlic paste.
  3. Cook until steam comes out, then remove from heat.
  4. While whisking, drizzle in the beaten eggs inside the soup
  5. Let sit for a minute or two then serve with sliced green onion.
