INGREDIENTS :

• 2 ¼ cup canned coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch salt
• ½ cup chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Mix the coconut milk, vanilla, & salt in a bowl.

  4. Spoon into bowls or small cups and serve with chopped nuts or fruit.
