INGREDIENTS :

β€’ 2 large eggs
β€’ ΒΌ cup almond flour
β€’ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
β€’ Salt and pepper
β€’ 2 tablespoons olive oil
β€’ 1 large zucchini, halved and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS :
